SEND A PRE-STAY EMAIL TO THE CLIENT

From now on, hotels using ED BOOKING engine can send a welcome email to ALL clients before their arrival and after leaving the hotel.

  • Pre-stay email or welcome email to the client prior to arrival, reminding him/her of the order and offering the opportunity to choose additional services.
  • Online check-in – ask the client for information before arriving at the hotel for faster and more convenient check-in.
  • After stay email – thank the client for the overnight stay and invite him/her to give feedback on Tripadvisor / Google or ask to rate services in the same email.
  • Share the promo code the client can use when making next booking.

Simply let us know your will of using the new service, we will set up and design an email for your hotel. The use of the new service will not add any fixed costs to the hotel.
