Why people leave homepage online reservations non-completed?
No match was found for the parameters entered by the client (date, number of rooms / people, specific accommodation package) and the client left the page without making a reservation.
We added different tooltips to our booking engine:
- change dates,
- change the length of accommodation,
- change the number of children and/or adults in one room.
The number of bookings completed in the booking engine increased by 25%.
